Biography

Fine has over 25 years of private equity and special situations investing experience and has worked with various companies in the media industry throughout her career. Fine is a Principal of MHR Fund Management LLC, a New York based private equity firm that manages over $5 billion of capital and has holdings in public and private companies across a variety of industries. Fine joined MHR in 2002 and is a member of the firm’s investment committee. Prior to joining MHR, Fine served as Senior Vice President at Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and also worked at Merrill Lynch in the Telecom, Media & Technology Investment Banking Group, where she focused primarily on media merger and acquisition transactions.

Fine serves on the Board of Directors for Lionsgate Studios Corp. (NASDAQ: LION) and is a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. She was previously a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and Strategic Advisory Committee and was a director of Lionsgate Entertainment Corp. since November 2015.

Fine also serves on the Board of Directors of Rumie Initiative, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing access to free educational content through digital microlearning.

Fine is a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and the Compensation and Talent Committee.
